Honours Degree in Law from the Roma Tre University obtained in 2011, defending the dissertation “Alternative systems of resolution for commercial disputes”.
Master Degree in Business Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2013, with a dissertation entitled “The protective measures provided for in the Code of Industrial Property”. Advanced Course in Customs Activities (COPEDO), recognized by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency, at the University of Parma during academic year 2018/2019.

Professional experience

He has consolidated his professional experience in law firms in central and northern Italy specialising in Civil Law.
He has been collaborating with the Costa-Creta Law Firm since 2014, acquiring a significant experience in Administrative and Tax Law, focusing in particular on Public Contracts and State Aids, as well as matters relating to Customs and Monopolies. He also deals with customs planning and disputes, having obtained the practical standards of competence (under art. 27 of EU Regulation 2015/2447 and art. 39d CDU), also in order to acquire the status of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator).
