Honours Degree in Law from the University of Bologna obtained in 2003, defending the dissertation “Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the Code of Self-Disciplinary Advertising”.
Diploma of Specialization from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions “Enrico Redenti” of the University of Bologna in 2005.
Master of Laws (LLM) in "American Law and International Legal Practice", obtained from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in June 2009.
Research fellow at Department of Industrial Law of the University of Bologna since 2009.
Professional experience
Since 2003, he has collaborated with major firms specialising in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law, gaining significant experience in the areas of Industrial Property, Intellectual Property and Competition Law.
He has collaborated with Costa-Creta Law Firm since 2012, dealing especially in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Advertising and Communication Law, providing assistance both in litigation and extrajudicial matters, as well as in the field of international contracts.
