Education
Honours Degree in Law from the University of Bologna.
Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property.
Master in Environmental law.
In 2023 he attended the "European patent with unitary effect"
advanced program offered by the University of Milan.
Professional experience
Since 1997 he has gained considerable experience in Industrial, IT, Competition, Copyright and Advertising Law, providing assistance both in litigation and extrajudicial matters (also in relation to the management and assignment of Industrial Property and Technology Rights), as well as in the areas of Commercial Corporate and International Contract Law.
He works alongside leading IP Firms and defends, also judicially, major clients before Italian courts and EU Authorities, as well as, in collaboration with foreign colleagues, before foreign Courts.
He is appointed Arbitrator or President in arbitration proceedings.
He publishes articles in legal magazines and is a guest speaker at seminars and conferences in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property Law.
