Honours Degree in Law cum laude from the University of Bologna obtained in 1991, defending the dissertation “The responsibility of the producer.”
Professional experience
After working for some years in a civil and corporate law firm specialising particularly in intellectual property and copyright, in the following years she continued her work as an attorney in the Court of Bologna.
Since 2007 she has been collaborating with the Costa-Creta Law Firm, where she has gained significant experience dealing with Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and Commercial/Corporate Law, providing assistance both in litigation and extrajudicial matters.
